		<description>Well, definitions are like notations, in that &#039;correct&#039; is less important than &#039;useful&#039;. This is a useful distinction for me because this is a convenient way to describe one difference between me and a colleague: my interest is strongly towards functional requirements, and his towards non-functional requirements.
