Tim Hoverd
Tim Hoverd Tim has over 25 years experience in the IT industry. He started work for ITT, the multinational telecommunications company, and was project manager and principal software engineer for Standard Telecommunications Laboratories, the ITT Research Labs. Prior to Isocra, he set up and managed the software engineering research activity at Logica Cambridge culminating in the position of Chief Engineer, jointly responsible for the technical direction of all of Logica.

Denis Howlett
Denis Howlett Denis has worked in software development for over 14 years. He joined Logica in 1987 with a reputation for project management and technical consulting in object orientation, knowledge-based systems and user interface design. Denis has worked in the UK, US and Switzerland specialising in pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and finance. He also ran Logica’s technology investment programme in object orientation and co-wrote and presented training courses in OO for Logica and its clients.
